The initial claim review can take up to 10 business days to process. If we can dispute the transaction with the merchant, a temporary credit will be applied, and you will be refunded any fees that were charged due to the disputed transaction.
Exceptions to the 60-day rule include:
- Travel — if you booked the travel more than 60 days ago and had a cancelation by the venue or merchant
- Entertainment tickets — if the venue closed or cancelled the event past the 60-day purchase window
