It’s easy to change your username and password in online banking or the mobile app. 

How to change your username:  

  1. Select “My Settings” in the top right corner of online banking, or select “Settings” from the More tab of the mobile app and then “My Settings” 
  2. Under Login and Security, click the “Edit” link next to Username 
  3. Enter your new username and your current online banking password — your username must be at least six characters and cannot be all numbers 
  4. Click “Save” 

How to change your password: 

  1. Select “My Settings” in the top right corner of online banking, or select “Settings” from the More tab of the mobile app and then “My Settings” 
  2. Under Login and Security, select the “Edit” link next to Password 
  3. Enter your current password 
  4. Enter your new password in both the New password field and the Retype password field — your password must be at least eight characters and use a mix of letters, numbers or symbols 
  5. Click “Save”
