To find your balance due (also known as your monthly cycle balance), please refer to your credit card statement. Statements are only available in online banking — they are not currently available in the mobile app. Credit card statements are typically available on the 23rd of the month, or the first business day after the 23rd of the month.

Access your statements:

  1. Log in to your account (if you have separate logins for multiple membership accounts, you will need to log into the account that your credit card is associated with)
  2. Select “eDocuments” under the Additional Services tab
  3. Choose the month, year and credit card you’d like a statement for
  4. Click “Select” to generate a PDF of your statement

It’s easy to pay your credit card balance in online banking, too. Learn more here.

Interest and late fees:

If you pay your statement balance by the due date (the 19th of the following month), you will not owe interest unless you used a cash advance or carried a balance from the prior month. Following the due date, interest charges start accruing on the 20th of the month, and late fees are assessed starting on the 29th of the month.
