Visa® charges a fee for international purchases made with debit and credit cards. This international service fee covers costs of currency conversion and the use of Visa cards outside the U.S. 

The international service fees are: 

  • 1% of the transaction for Elevations Visa Debit Cards, Elevations Visa Credit Cards and Elevations Visa Rewards Credit Cards 
  • 3% of the transaction for Elevations Visa Signature Credit Cards
