To activate a new card, please call card services at (866) 762-0558, available 24/7, from the primary phone number on your account. To view your primary phone number in online banking, select "My Settings" and look under “Contact information.” 

You will need to provide:  

  • Your name  
  • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number 
  • Card number 
  • Card CVV 
  • Card expiration date
