If you receive an email or letter stating that at least one electronic payment from your Elevations account is using an outdated account number format, you will need to update your payment information to make sure that your payments process correctly. 


We will let you know via mail or secure email which payments you have made recently using the outdated account number format. While these payments have been processed in the past, there have been updates to ACH processing regulations. Because of this, we are required to ask you to update these payments to use your full 13-digit account number. 


For most payments, you should be able to update your account number information by visiting the payee’s website or calling the payee
