Before you deposit a check, please review these important details: 

  • Please sign the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit” under your signature 
  • All payees on the check must be accountholders and must sign the check 
  • Mobile deposits are limited to $15,000 or less on a rolling 30-day basis. 

How to deposit a check using mobile deposit: 

  1. Log in to the Elevations Mobile App and click Check Deposit.”  
  2. Type in the check amount in the “Amount” field. 
  3. Click the camera icon.  
  4. Click OK to allow the app to take a photo of your check.  
  5. Hold your phone above the check to automatically capture its image.  
  6. Flip the check over and write "For mobile deposit" under your signature before you capture the back of the check. 
  7. Click Deposit. 
  8. You will receive a message confirming your deposit, along with an email notification confirming that your deposit has been received.  
  9. You’ll also receive an email letting you know if your deposit was approved or rejected. 
  10. After you deposit a check, you may view the check image and status in the “History” tab. 

 

The first $225 of your deposit may be available immediately. The remaining amount will generally be available within three business days. A longer hold may apply — please refer to our Funds Availability Disclosure.
