Before you deposit a check, please review these important details:
- Please sign the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit” under your signature
- All payees on the check must be accountholders and must sign the check
- Mobile deposits are limited to $15,000 or less on a rolling 30-day basis.
How to deposit a check using mobile deposit:
- Log in to the Elevations Mobile App and click “Check Deposit.”
- Type in the check amount in the “Amount” field.
- Click the camera icon.
- Click “OK” to allow the app to take a photo of your check.
- Hold your phone above the check to automatically capture its image.
- Flip the check over and write "For mobile deposit" under your signature before you capture the back of the check.
- Click “Deposit.”
- You will receive a message confirming your deposit, along with an email notification confirming that your deposit has been received.
- You’ll also receive an email letting you know if your deposit was approved or rejected.
- After you deposit a check, you may view the check image and status in the “History” tab.
The first $225 of your deposit may be available immediately. The remaining amount will generally be available within three business days. A longer hold may apply — please refer to our Funds Availability Disclosure.
